Sven B. Schreiber (sbs) I wasn't aware that there was a release before "As On A Darkling Plain" - but here it is, and it's a great one, clearly on par with its successor. I've read on a German prog site that this album sounds a bit like "The Fixx", and well, I second this opinion. It's mainly the sound of the electric guitar, with extensive chorus effects and some of that typical funky picking, which creates this impression, especially on "Rainbow's Moon". Honestly, I don't mind - "The Fixx" is actually on the list of my all-time favorite bands, so I can cope quite well with that. Note that the album title is misspelled in all of the track tags. Moreover, I think that tracks #6 and #7 are swapped, i.e. "Ritual Fire" is in fact "Full Moon", and vice versa. Couldn't verify it a 100% though, so far... Favorite track: Rainbows Moon.
